Greg Spievak
Greg Spievak is the founder and principal of Reboot Communications, a firm that specializes in creating and delivering worldwide transformation conferences. These conferences address key issues surrounding the infrastructure within the public sector and its delivery of information in the 21st century.
For over twenty-five years, Mr. Spievak served in senior sales and marketing positions in the high-technology and telecommunications industries with companies such as AT&T, NCR , Xerox and 3M.
For the last eight years, Mr. Spievak has worked on conferences with several government agencies that focus on delivering the transformation of public sector initiatives. These conferences include; Strategies for Public Sector Transformation, Strategies for Public Safety Transformation and the Okanagan Technology Symposium.

Donald Santarelli
Donald E. Santarelli, a member of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd PLLC in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, concentrates his practice in legislative, criminal justice and defense, transportation, telecommunications and regulatory matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Santarelli served in various public service positions, most notably as Administrator of the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. He also served in the United States Department of Justice as Associate Deputy Attorney General and was counsel to both Senate and House Judiciary Committees.

Richard Purcell is a leading voice in addressing consumer privacy and data protection challenges, domestically and internationally. In 2003, Mr. Purcell formed Corporate Privacy Group, an independent consulting firm focused on establishing sustainable, affordable privacy programs. Mr. Purcell advises Fortune 100 corporations and government agencies about achieving the twin goals of respecting and protecting personal information. Through seminars, lectures and writings, he promotes leading practices for consumer data protection and security.
In addition to program reviews and advice, Privacy Directions™, a training curriculum for corporations designed to institutionalize privacy awareness, practices, and compliance throughout their employee base, has become a landmark offering from his company.
As Microsoft's original privacy officer, Mr. Purcell designed, developed, implemented and oversaw one of the world's largest and most advanced privacy programs, spanning software development, web deployment, infrastructure management, workforce management, and consumer data handling practices. His corporate office developed and monitored a distributed team of privacy managers throughout the enterprise, including global subsidiaries.
Mr. Purcell holds several significant privacy appointments. He is Chairman of TRUSTe, sits on the Privacy Certification Advisory Board of the Int'l Association of Privacy Professionals, a member of the Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee for the Dept. of Homeland Security and a Fellow at the Ponemon Institute.
Jennifer Morrison, Director of Logistics
Jennifer Morrison
Jennifer manages our databases and our arrangements with hotels, conference centres, travel organizations, audiovisual specialists, delivery and shipping companies, individual conference delegates, and anyone else we need to work with.
She has orchestrated the Prime Minister's Dinner in Vancouver (2001, 2002); Reboot conferences in Whistler, Calgary, Kelowna and Victoria (1999-2002); the Ryerson 10-year Reunion (2000); the Victoria Hospitals Foundation's Visions (1998, 1999); and many other major events. She has also run her own business, Logistical Design Consultants, since 1996.
Carla Tadla - Director of Communications
Carla Tadla
Carla is responsible for internal and external communications, marketing strategies, public relations/promotions and media relations for Reboot.
Former General Manager for PacificSport - Fraser Valley, Carla has run major fundraising campaigns, co-ordinated large scale events and handled all media, PR, marketing and sponsor negotiations for PacificSport - FV. She was also a regular columnist for six years with two Fraser Valley newspapers. Prior to that she worked with the international public relations firm, Hill and Knowlton, UK, in London, England.
Carla has a B.A. in Criminology from the University if Alberta, and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia.
Kathrin Molitor, Graphic Designer
Kathrin Molitor
Kathrin has worked as Reboot's in-house graphic designer since 2005. She is responsible for creating the overall "look and feel" of each of the Reboot conferences. This includes conference graphics, logos, brochures, conference programs, signage, powerpoint presentations, web and email communiqués, and sponsorship packages.
Kathrin is the designer of the official Reboot Communications web site, and she oversees the corporate image and branding of Reboot Communications.
Kathrin was trained in media and graphic design at BBS GHS in Koblenz, Germany and studied art, design and photography in Rheinbach, Germany. She has worked internationally for full service advertising companies, and continues to gain international experience through her work with Reboot.
Greg Teckles, Commercial Photographer
Greg Teckles
Greg is a well known photojournalist and commercial photographer. A graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto, his career of 25 years has given him an invaluable depth of experience. During his seven years as a photojournalist for the Ottawa Citizen, then Toronto Star, Greg has covered State Visits of world leaders such as President Reagan, President Bush Sr., Prime Minister Thatcher, President Gorbechev, King Hussein of Jordan, and the Queen. In addition, Greg has been assigned to the major Constitutional events of both the Mulroney and Trudeau administrations. Greg has recently covered the visits of President George Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and in Washington on assignment with former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
Greg's Public Relations and commercial clients are diverse including Bell Canada, CBC, Gillette, Proctor & Gamble, Canada Post, Nortel Networks, Loblaws Canada, Tourism Ontario, Cdn. Red Blood Services and various other National organizations located in the National Capital Region.
Greg is registered and on the sourcing list with Department of Supply and Services, Imaging and Photo Services, formerly the Government Photo Centre which contracts services for every major department within the Federal Government.

Carollyne Yardley
Star Global is the web site developer for Reboot Communications, and provides on-site conference technology support, acting as a mediator between presenters and audio visual services, and ensuring that sessions run smoothly. Star Global also provides conference PPT slides, audio/visual multimedia production, hosting, and facilitates outsourced technology needs including transcriptions, audio/video tape transfer, corporate writing and photography.
Graham Nott
Star Global delivers custom web site design, advanced web applications, full e-commerce capability, and e-business enabled sites, database modeling, web hosting services and collateral marketing material to business and government clients.
