Registration Fees:
  Fees All delegate packages include conference admission and all scheduled conference meal functions. They do not include accommodation.

Cancellation
For attendee cancellations, send a written request via fax to Reboot Communications at 604-530-0871.

  • For requests received by January 10, 2005, your registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% handling fee.
  • For requests received after January 10, 2005, there will be no refunds.
  • No credits are given to no-shows or late shows.
  • You may send a substitute in your place. Please notify us by e-mail to [email protected]
  • Note that "early bird" fees apply until January 10, 2005.

Public Bodies $175 CAD
Early Bird till January 10, 2005 - then $225 CAD.
All public bodies as defined under their relevant information and privacy legislation; for example, in British Columbia, public bodies as defined under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act in Schedule 1 as
(a) a ministry of the government of British Columbia,
(b) an agency, board, commission, corporation, office or other body designated in, or added by regulation to, Schedule 2, or
(c) a local public body [defined in Schedule 1 as a local government body, a health care body, an educational body, or a governing body of a profession or occupation, if the governing body is designated in, or added by regulation to, Schedule 3.]

And organizations with official non-profit status

Private Sector $400 CAD
(GST included in fee)
Early Bird till January 10, 2005 - then $450 CAD.
IT firms, consultants, law firms, etc. - all those not included under Public Bodies.
