Reboot Communications Ltd. offers an end-to-end conference management solution. Our solution offers the following services:
Research Activities:
- Exhibition and sponsorship research and development of a comprehensive database of potential sponsors (both in conjunction with and independently of Conference Committee);
- Research and development of a delegate database and;
- Research and booking of conference speakers.
Sales and Marketing Activities:
- Sponsor/exhibitor and delegate sales and marketing and;
- Development of conference marketing collateral (print, web, email, etc.).
Logistics and Administrative Activities:
- Full conference logistics (researching and booking venue, accommodation and related activities) including contract negotiations, pre-conference planning and on-site conference management;
- Speaker agreements, liaise and logistics;
- Sponsor/exhibitor preparation, planning and approval process;
- Coordination of exhibitor agreements and logistical documents;
