Delegate Fees:
All delegate packages include conference registration, one lunch, one reception and the Gala Dinner.

Privacy: The information on this form will be used only for conference administration purposes.

For attendee cancellations, send a written request via fax to Reboot Communications at 604-530-0871.

  • For requests received by June 1, 2005, your registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% handling fee.

  • For requests received after June 1, 2005, there will be no refunds.

  • No credits are given to no-shows or late shows.

  • You may send a substitute in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible by sending a note to [email protected]. Before June 20, 2005 you can also telephone 604-530-0872
