Preventing Bioterrorism 1st INTERPOL Global Conference

The conference was a landmark success with over 500 delegates from Interpol's member countries. Due to the conference's success, Interpol is now planning follow-up workshops in Latin America (Chile), South Africa and Asia(Singapore).

About the Conference

Conference Audience:

This conference provides a common forum for senior police officials, counterterrorism specialists, national and international governmental and non-governmental agencies, scientists and academics, representing the 182 member Interpol countries to meet and share expertise and experience in all areas of bio-terrorism.

This 1st Global Conference to strengthen law enforcement preparedness and develop effective police training is being planned by Interpol with the support of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.

Who Should Attend:

Senior police officers including, Chiefs of Police, Heads of NCB and those involved in counterterrorism; relevant national and international governmental and non governmental agencies, academics and scientists. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
