CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
Supplying the health care system with required health service providers, who have appropriate knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes, is an educational challenge in countries around the world. To meet this challenge, strong partnerships are needed between employers and educators. The conference theme, "Practice Makes Perfect" acknowledges the importance and unique contribution of practical experience. The theme also calls for "sharing of best practices" in providing adequate and appropriate learning experiences for the practice component of health provider education programs.
